When either channel reaches its allowance, only that delivery channel pauses until reset; WhatsApp credit can be added, and the core service remains available.
Message-pack credit is valid for 12 months from payment confirmation and cannot be converted to cash. A full or partial refund withdraws the corresponding unused credit in proportion to the refunded amount.
An additional branch is OMR 5 for Reservations or Queue, and OMR 8 for Complete.
