How cancellations and refunds are handled

This policy explains when Sabaq subscription fees can be refunded or a paid service can be cancelled. Monthly plans are Table Reservations at OMR 5, Queue System at OMR 5, Reservations + Queue at OMR 10, and Reservations + Queue + Loyalty at OMR 12.

Cancelling a subscription

The account owner can request cancellation of the monthly subscription or access removal through the available process. Access usually continues until the end of the paid period unless agreed otherwise.

No new subscription fees are charged for future periods after cancellation is confirmed. Any amount due for a paid period or used service remains subject to this policy and any written agreement.

Paid fees

  • Paid subscription fees may be requested for refund within 14 days of the invoice date if the paid service has not been materially used.
  • Setup, configuration, or custom development fees are not refundable after work has been delivered or started, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  • Third-party provider fees, consumed messaging fees, or payment processing costs are not refundable after they are used or incurred, unless the third-party provider returns them to us.

How to request a refund

The account owner should send the refund request with the invoice number and reason. We review requests and respond within a reasonable period. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.

Bank or card processing may take 5 to 15 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Venue services sold to guests

Refunds for the venue's own services, such as restaurant bookings, clinic appointments, or salon services, are governed by that venue's policy, not by Sabaq's subscription refund policy.

Sabaq does not currently charge venue guest deposits or reservation fees under the published plans. If deposit or reservation-fee payments are enabled in the future, the amount and refund terms must be shown before payment is completed.
