Sabaq is a software subscription platform operated by Skytech. References to Sabaq in these terms mean the platform and service provided under that trading name.
Sabaq is software for managing reservations, queues, resources, and operational communication. Available features may vary by plan, account settings, and business type.
Sabaq plan prices are shown on the pricing page: Table Reservations is OMR 5 per month, Queue System is OMR 5 per month, Reservations + Queue is OMR 10 per month, and Reservations + Queue + Loyalty is OMR 12 per month, unless a written quote or agreement says otherwise.
Any additional fees, such as messaging, integrations, or custom setup work, must be explained and accepted before activation.
Sabaq does not charge per booking or per guest under the published plans, and does not collect venue guest deposits or reservation fees unless that is enabled in the future through an approved payment provider with clear terms before payment.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party providers such as hosting, email, or messaging services.
Sabaq is not responsible for the venue's operational decisions or for the prices and services the account owner publishes to guests.
We may suspend or terminate access if the platform is misused, these terms are breached, or clear security risks exist. Account owners may request account closure through the available process.
