Sabaq is a software subscription platform operated by Skytech. We process account and guest data to provide bookings, queues, subscriptions, and support.
We do not sell customer data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us with hosting, databases, email, messaging, billing, and security analytics, only as needed to provide the service.
We may disclose data when legally required or to protect the platform and users from misuse.
When a guest uses a public reservation or queue page, their data is used to provide service for that venue or business. Account owners are responsible for the lawful collection of guest data, the accuracy of their business data, and their use of operational or marketing messages.
We do not make one business's guest data available to another business, except where branches are operated under the same account or group and access is needed to run the service or manage the guest relationship.
Sabaq or connected messaging providers may send confirmations, reminders, and operational messages by email, SMS, or WhatsApp based on the account owner's settings and the guest details provided.
Account owners must obtain any legally required consent before sending marketing messages and must respect opt-out or do-not-contact requests.
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, storage, email, messaging, Google Maps, digital wallets, billing, and security analytics. We provide only the data needed for those services to operate.
Sabaq does not store full payment card details. If payments or deposits are added, payment data is processed by a dedicated payment provider under that provider's terms and policies.
We use necessary cookies for sign-in, language and venue selection, and protecting guest pages through signed links or browser sessions. We may collect technical logs such as IP address and device information to prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Reservation confirmation and queue status links are designed to work for a limited period and may expire or be rejected after the service window closes or the request status changes.
We keep data while an account is active or as needed for operations, support, compliance, and fraud prevention. Account owners may request correction, deletion, or export of their data, subject to applicable technical or legal limits.
Guests may contact the business that collected their data to request correction, deletion, or communication opt-out, and may escalate requests to Sabaq when the request relates to platform operation or security.
We use access controls, audit logs, encryption in transit, and role separation to reduce unauthorized access risks. No digital service is risk-free, so we review and update these controls regularly.
For privacy or security requests, contact the Sabaq team through the support channels published on the website or inside the account.
